  • Glasson Fertilizers forms new joint venture to meet growing demand

    Glasson Grain has announced it will be expanding its fertiliser operations by forming a new joint venture business with NW Trading Limited, based in Birkenhead to form brand new fertiliser business FertLink.

    Glasson Grain, the importer, shipper and trader of animal feed materials and fertiliser manufacturer, which became part of the Wynnstay Group in 2006 will become a 50% owner of a new fertiliser business along with NW Trading.

    The new joint venture business, FertLink will be managed by Robert Ingham of Glasson Grain and is to be based at NW Trading’s extensive premises and port facility at Birkenhead. The joint venture will bring together the expertise of both Glasson and NW Trading to manufacture and pack a full range of agricultural fertilisers and urea products.

    Robert Ingham, Fertiliser Director Glasson Grain, comments:
