    29 October 2014

Glasson Grain have recently opened a new trade counter in Lancashire to service the local Landscape and Amenity market.

Andy McLellan, Arable Manager of Glasson Grain explains, “We have opened the new trade store at Walkden House Farm, Bickerstaffe to enable us to provide customers in the North West with a high level of local service. This combines well with our Agricultural operation and allows us to provide an excellent service in the area.”

Dennis Winch, formerly with Kor Agri Limited, who has a long established local following and extensive grounds maintenance knowledge heads up the new venture.

Dennis maintains “that there is a strong demand for this service in the local area.  With the support of Glasson Grain, the new trade centre can provide an excellent customer service from our rural location.  We have a full range of top brands and will be running promotions throughout the year starting with our professional Chapin knapsack range from DMMP which comes with 5 litres of Glyphosate absolutely free when you call at the new trade centre.”

Marcus Palmer, Managing Director of DMMP says, “We are delighted to be working with Glasson Amenity and to be supporting their latest promotion with these excellent knapsacks.”
