They naturally have high water soluble carbohydrate (sugar) contents. AberEcho is a new hybrid with a higher sugar content than
usual and is the highest yielding grass in its group. The red clover adds protein to the mix. All red clover is slow to grow in the spring but by mid summer it is the main contributor to production.
